According to the different corrosion area of the dehydrator, it can be divided into two methods: mechanical derusting and chemical descaling. The chemical rust removal method generally uses various chemical components to achieve the purpose of rust removal. After chemical rust removal, the rust problem will not occur in a short period of time. At the same time, the potato residue dewatering equipment needs to be passivated: a protective film is formed on the metal surface of the potato residue dewatering machine to slow down the corrosion rate. After removing the rust from the potato dreg dewatering machine, timely application of protective paint is also a feasible measure.
